I doubt you'd need to update your .NET framework for this as this is internal and D3D based. But just google for the .NET frameworks. Remember only trust those from the microsoft website

If you couldn't get this to work then you haven't installed C++ runtime library or you do not have required permission.

I know for a fact that I have c++ library because I use hacks like roccat and they work perfectly. Im also admin on this computer and run the injector with admin permissions and it still does not work. My anti-virus is off, any help?

You need to run your game to the Main Menu and then, inject the .DLL with an injector.
