Facepalm. The shops require the key in the first place. There's a reason why you can't open the chest in the first place without a key.

if you want to get the treasure key just kill again and again the chaos manticore and will eventually drop the treasure key hope it helps

yea just go kill the chas manticore but the treasure key is hard drop so u need to be lucky ;p

Well I knew that it was necessary order to go to the room that has the chests in them, I just didn't know if it was required to buy them.
