I have done the method above many times and haven't been C/A/T you just have to be careful and not do it everyday.

^^ Is correct. as long as you dont show up as getting 5 billion xp a day then you will be ok. guardians and X-Guardians will not show up whatsoever with this method

Actually, 5580x2 gives 30m exp with 1.5m gold.
