GFX Reorganization

Dave you need to get on this. We're having alot of things going on in the GFX that needs to be cleaned up, and the mods in there are barely on nowadays. I know you may have "big ideas" for this change, but you need to put those Ideas into play.

Read this, and than get to it.


MOD Situation
We need 3 mods in that section, may seem like alot, but its a pretty big section. 1 of the mods needs to be on a different Time Zone so we can have someone on here most of the time instead of now, none. If a mod goes inactive for 2 weeks without notice, they should be dropped.


RULES
New rules, since the other ones are being followed well.
Flaming: Seems to be a growing situation. Any member who flames in the GFX section should get 1 warning, and one only. After that, they should be banned for atleast 1 day, or you can discuss with them.

Spam: Spamming is something that is dirtying the section. This needs to be cleaned madly. If someone begins to spam, they get a warning. They continue to spam within 24 hours. Well, you pick what they get.

Ripping: We just had a problem with this today. TryMe was ripping and no one did a thing. I tried to get members to stop posting and everyone continued. Ripping is theft, which should not be tolerated. Ripping will not get warning, it will get ban or permaban.

Trolling: There has been an uprise of this also. Even some of our fellow GFX members have been doing so. Trolling shall have 1 warning, than after that, ban. The same as flaming.

Signature of the Week: This is a simple rule, all entries are final. If you post your entry, you can change it.


Jr. GFX
There should be a decrease in spots for this. Six spots at the most. If a Jr. GFX member goes inactive for over 2 weeks without notice, they should be dropped and a spot should be opened for another member to take the spot.


GFX Posistions
Total ammount of GFX members should be 8. Atleast 3 of these 8 should be mods. That leaves a few without power, but they still have the right to warn and report to the GFX mods. The mods should be wisely chosen. They should be chosen by trustworthiness, and an advanced skill in GFX. We don't need power hungry mongrels as Mods.

Right now, we have 2 mods and they are barely on. Moosic hasn't been on in 4 days and Ryguy gets on about once to twice a day. We need more active members.

I even told you, I'd do all this by myself if your too lazy to do it.

Are you kidding me? I've done all that I can to help the GFX section.
You weren't there when the big ripping occurred. I tried to stop this and get him out of the section. YOU just do requests.

Rippers PROVEN guilty should be PERMA banned and given at least 24 hours to provide a PSD.

Also, You need an actual GFX team that does stuff and should be expanded until there is enough to fulfill requests, etc.

whats the point of that? if your a member of the GFX team, you do GFX stuff, you dont mod. why should all GFX Members be Mod, lets say there were 8 GFX Members, whats the point of having 8 mods?
