I have windows 8, i guess IE is O.K., but chrome is faster and slicker/simpler. thats why i like chrome.

I love it on a desktop computer too, I just think it's easier to use and looks nicer, so overall it's better. Doesn't mean I dis-like Windows 7 any less, I'm still using it because I'm too lazy to re-format for no reason, but it doesn't mean I'm going to hate on 8 for no reason.

Period.yes it is good for tablets the entire interface is a step backwards on desktops. Its fine for you because youre still young and you learn things quickly. But its not okay for anyone who has to rely on their computers for their career and just spent the last couple decades learning and mastering a specific structure of an OS only to find out all that work was for nothing and have to relearn the new OS for no added benefit. There was no reason to fix something that wasnt broken.
