Anyways, do something similar to the Assault Thursday, but with a video, since this is a game hacking community.
It doesn't take that much to record BFP4F, and then just put the names of the applicants into somewhere and randomly draw one for each account.

Or something, I don't know

Please don't make a it on a single server. Some of us might have ping issues..

And for the third account, I suggest a difficult challenge, they'll have to prove if they are worth getting it for free. ;D
