That happened to me too once. There was big red letters (with no name) and as soon as we pressed the start button it said "blah blah has been banned for hacking" and then he locked the room. I think he was a mod..

1. Join any game that's IN the Lobby.
2. Press Ready.
3. Type "StartMessge@" But don't hit enter. NOTE Dont use the " " things
4. Type what you want to say.
5. To exit the Game.... Press the "Esc" key on your keyboard, then hit cancel to return to lobby.
A code like
StartMessage@ GIFT ME NX BITCHZ

or anything
