    First Build - $6000+/- Budget

Today (April 5th) I turned 18 and on Monday i'll be getting a settlement.
I plan on building what I like to call my 'Mini Super-Computer' :P
However, I have no clue what to buy or build in terms of building my own computer from scratch.. (So to Say)
I have heard of 690 graphic cards n water cooling n whatnot but need help with everything I need.
    I can spend over/under $6000CAD .
I would like to have water cooling, and VERY god graphics card and everything else.
I basically want my computer to be OP :s (Over Powered)

My plans with it are recording games, starting a Youtube Channel, maybe hosting servers for profit, and playing games to the MAX potential.

I'd be glad if anyone could help me (:
And I hope everyone had as good a day as i'm having.. xD

Depending on 'service' I would be able to pay the 'Helper' some money.. (:

    Thanks MPGH,

    Hankk

You really shouldn't be messing with LC until you know what you are doing. Its a fairly advanced thing to have and maintain, so a closed LC loop is your best bet. So stay away from that until you learn a lot more about it, and enthusiast tier stuff until you have a better grip on it.

    Otherwise:
    Rampage IV Formula
    i7 3870x
    GTX Titan SLI
    2x Samsung 840 RAID0
    4x 1TB F3 Spinpoint HDDs
    32GB 1600Mhz RAM
    Seasonic Platinum 1000w PSU
    Chaser MK-1
Corsair H110 (need to adjust the case a bit to fit, so for a newbie I would really recommend the Noctua NH-D14 Cooler and a TJ07 case)

But you should really tone it down, get a good rig for less, and save your money for important shit. That build is totally unnecessary and just a 'look at how much money I spent' type of deal.

What's better, two 690's or two Titans?

How much do you think that rig would cost?
I'm not looking for 'look how much money' so much as a very powerful computer I can hold onto for awhile.
And learn to use to it's full potential. (:

Ok.. Cause like the thing im trying to do with this computer is while I play a game at Top performance possible, I could be hosting servers making money or recording video.. Maybe making a Youtube channel. I'd just ike to base my work around the computer, so I want the best 'Rig' I can get.
I realise it may be op, or 'more than I need' but I aim for that.
I plan on I guess 'growing into' it. And don't want to end up having to order more things, or add stuff on later on down the line..
I don't even really know a good mic and mouse n whatnot to get..

---------- Post added at 01:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:38 PM ----------

Is anyone able to put a list together of everything I should get?
I'd be more than happy to pay the winning design some kind of reward :3
And I'll upload a video of the completed Rig.
It'll be like a 'Build Hankk A Crazy Computer Contest'

People commenting on the 690 should do some research on what they are talking about. Titan is better. The 690 can perform better if you only have one monitor, but the performance overhead on the Titan is significant.

And the build I posted will probably run you around $4000. But if you want something powerful, like I said, tone it down. Getting the most powerful parts is merely wasting money, because there is almost no application that would benefit from it.
