Which class is the best to solo bosses and with which set-up
?

TSS is cruddy against a lot of bosses. Necromancer's a better choice. Cardclasher can handle the rest.

You can also use VoT (Vindicator of They)

Enchantments:

Full Luck before rank 10

alternative rank 10 enchantments

armor:luck
helm:luck/wizard
weapon:luck/wizard
cape:wizard

Meh.. For botting, more like 1 luck 3 wizard. But the best remains Necromancer, 1 luck + 3 wizard.

VOT or Necromancer are your top choices. Preferably Necromancer because it isn't rare. Alpha Omega I don't know, never tried it, but I heard its man OP.

Well, you could always go for necromancer. You can find the suggested enchancements anywhere. Also, if you have Alpha Omega, then use it. It's good for both PvE and PvP with it's field medic ability and bunker buster too.

AO it's pretty cool since it's like a combination between Ninja-Warrior-Healer (heal-stun and crit-double attack). But i don't think that there is something better than Necromancer for soloing. Since it's a Reputation Class and it's not rare, then..

And Hiatus5 I prefer necromancer cause I only have to use weaken (or I can let the bot use ^^). I use all wizard.
