Everything worked Also you don't need to get a kill to update stats? I just imput them and went to barracks and they updated awesome release lvl46 Prestige 6 (cuz i wanna work up now lol )

Guessing not. Try installing some recent .NET frameworks.

Install .Net framework 4 and 4.5 client profile and you should be fine, just google them.
