Meh, It's kind of a newbie question. But here it goes. Does anyone know when people snipe like they hardly using their scope?

how dafuq are you supposed to see no recoil on snipers? I think only a retard would use no sniper recoil since it doesn't help in any way, and there's a shot delay you know

Three answers :
A.) Quick scoping : You will need a good mouse and good experience in QS.
B.) The replay lags from a time to time , so it will appear as a really fast Quick scope.
C.) Some times famous crossfire Youtubers cutout the scoping part so it appears like a Quick scope or No-scope.

I think he wants know how to spot a hacker with aimbot in a sniper match? Pros and hackers can be hard to distinguish one from another sometimes, but usually the hacker abuses the hack and doesn't use scoping so mostly almost impossible shots like jumping and taking a headshot from mid air or taking a too quick headshot instantly as he has visual contact on you from a big distance, are most likely to be hackers. I say use replays to take your 1st person view in the player you think is hacking, so you can have a better opinion about if he's hacking or not, even though replays can be misleading when it comes to a really fast QS. But if you're not sure, take your time to let Z8games decide. report the player and upload the replay to them.

Looks like aimbot if not then they are just really good and quick scoping. QS is easy when you get the hang of it.

Actually I have seen extremely good Quick Scopers. The key is that you have a really good ping (60 or lower) and have the ability to switch weapons quickly and finally have a good aim, so you point the gun at him when you wanna shoot him. That's pretty much it..

Yea I guess no recoil can be helpful even when sniping, but to spot someone with no recoil on sniping is kinda from other world
