    No,there will be a new tab in Item Shop,there you can buy VIP Items.
    If it is worth depends on your bm luck.If it is really bad it is worth,because you 100% get this weapon for about 100000ZP instead of spending 100000ZP on crates and don't win anything.

    No, these VIP weapons would only be available through the VIP part of the Item Shop. And for now, yes, it is worth it to pre-order as there is not gambling, you are definitely getting it after purchase unlike the BM.
