    [Private Server] What program to use for rebuilding on Vista?

    I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I tried to download Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, but it says that my system is not supported. So should I try some older Visual Studio or is there any alternative programs for this?

    Edit:
    I found out that Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 SP1 works on Vista, but after downloading I notice I got over 9000 files...
    I opened Microsoft Visual C# 2008 folder and there I found these files:

    So which one launches the actual program?
