External, which everybody sees, the one that you can change with a VPN only.
And, you can't know when you're server banned.

I mean, you can, but the server totally dissapear from the server list so unless you note every servers you play on you wont notice.

Well that PeerBlock that I talked to you is used a lot and it's how it act.
But yeah, I believe that you can also see the servers and be IP banned.

Only dumb admins say that.
It doesn't take a genius to ban someone.
It's much easier for an admin to type your IP range in his firewall.
Yes, you can still bypass it, but you gotta do 5x the work the admin must do to ban you.
It's easier to create a new account with a bot in 4d1 lol

If people want your IP to ban you on 4D1 trust me they will...
Not hard to make a little tool to find it and then firewall you, and it takes what... the time to make the tool + the time to ban you?
