if they don't contact you before the new patch and you don't get your ZP before it, make sure you still get the preorder serviçe by saying everything you need to say in your support ticket.

I hope! I send them a very large support ticket with all the info plus two screenshots... one of the succeded order and another with the confirmation email.... And also explain the thing of the ak47 fury... i hope they reply that support at 16th max... T.T

nope. In other thread created for the same reason someone said he had the same problem and that paybycash sent a message saying Z8games server was not accepting the deposit. it was from Z8games for sure.
