Troubleshooting I came across and managed to fix:
1.-MySql service fails to start, it is marked so on the mysql space as "Is not recognized as an internal or external command or batch file"
SOLUTION: Make sure that any instance of myslq is completly uninstalled, use the installer to remove every last bit of mysql installed in your computer by using the "Remove products" feature. Also, do not use the short cut in the outside, go inside the "_Server" folder and search for the exe named "MMO Empire Server Wrapper" and run as administrator. That will allow the mysql to run properly.

2.-System****.FileNotFoundExeption- This will cause you to get a "LOADING" then "LOAD ERROR, RETRYING..." on your game, and it will be giving you the red lights on the ROTMGSERVER log window as mentioned above saying System****.FileNotFound.
SOLUTION: Make sure that you have MICROSOFT FRAME NETWORK Installed in your computer. I used version 4.5 and after installing it the whole server started to work properly and I managed to get inside the game and spawn things in nexus.

Aditional Info: The system where I installed the server is in Spanish, and it runs under X64 OS.

My old one was botmakers's which is far behind MMOEmpires.
This one has all the commands, mobs, realms, etc
