There is mild nudity, cursing and sexually provocative moments. It also has sex scenes but you don't see anything (Like it shows the MC in a car and noises but only for like 10 seconds) besides that the series is pretty good story-wise. I think it is harshly rated, I see much worse out there with PG13+ labeled on it. I don't know how strict your stepmother is though

Yeah thats too much for my little sister. I know there is worse but they are very protective and shit, I'll just reccommend ouran host club instead.
