I got TurtleBeaches P11's on black friday for $11. I'm happy. I can use for my PS3 and PC witha mic and good enough sound quality for me.. though idc for it. Headphones are headphones

I've did so many researches and watched so many videos, but this is something a MUST get for me. been a fan of Dr.Dre for so many years. Just a little disappointed tho

Dr Dre had 0 input in the design or the quality of that products. Its endorsed by him, not manufactured under him or even for him. Quincy Jones on the other hand actually had a hand in the production of his AKG line producing a tight soundstage with more emphasis towards the mids and highs with a cleaner bass, when compared to the normal AKG lineup. Not to mention you pay a minimal premium on his product (q701) and get a slightly different and arguably superior sound compared to a normal k701. Anyways my point is a little research goes a long way and you should never buy anything for its namesake.

And beats arent iconic at all unless you want to be labelled as a cashed up douchebag.
