only chinesse can have ping 4-10 from China to UK xD

i saw someone from my country (Egypt) at uk server his ping is 1 ( and never up or down )
, the default ping must be from 66 to 80 at uk 1 (CFNA)

and when others asked him how he get this ping from egypt he answered " i use a program "

so , how he could do that ?!

Happened alot before with Egyptians with extremely low pings. This is a result of a program that is found in Egypt used to make your ping in a range from 2 to 6 maximum. When I asked, most of them asked me if I were from Alexandria or no. Anyway, I have no idea what the program is though

Are you all seriously ret4rded?
There is no program that makes your ping that good
The distance is just too big
There are programs that runs games on theyre own server to reduce ping(from 200 to 100)
