Why do people hate Alienware?

Alienware is like an overpriced Mac.
It has the specs and the look.
But it costs WAY more than it should be.

So i'm looking at getting a new laptop and i'm wondering why people seem to hate Alienware so much?

Their prices for laptops are pretty competitive in Australia and you can't just say 'building one is cheaper' because it's a laptop.
