with le bot's new cell grabber its so easy to get to tercessuinotlim

1. /join citadel
2. press options
3. press the drop down menu that says cell grabber and press grab cells and find and press m22 in the menu
4. go through the red portal
5. press grab cells again to get the cells of tercessuinotlim

also you dont need 50 bone dust with this method

press these cells to get to these people fast

Enter=Oblivion

m12=Polish

Twins=Twins (duh)

Taro=Taro (duh)

Swindle=Swindle (duh)

Boss and Boss2 both=Nulgath and Skew
