I have a question about chemistry.
3 NaHCO3 + C6H8O7 = C6H5Na3O7 + 3 CO2 + 3 H2O

Considering this, the amount of CO2 in moles should be equal to the amount of NaHCO3, am I correct?

Because we were doing an experiment and with calculating, I've got about 2,5-times less CO2 than NaHCO3, which would mean that my measurements were incorrect, right?
