Mike Sellers has announced that Kabam will be employing cheating detection systems.

So, my question is, if Kabam employs such measures by surprise, how can we hack and be safe?

My solution is/was to move to a new game, Path of Exile. Try it you might switch over too. But I still play ROTMG sometimes just playing on the private server at the moment.

Not a reasonable alternative. Not everyone wants to play PofE, but even if I, or anyone else wanted, doesn't mean we would want to stop playing ROTMG the way we have been playing.

I have stopped playing with hack compleatly its very hard to get used to playing without fullscreen and confused is very annoying too but the rest is pretty easy to get used to. And the game is much funnier without hack

Will be interesting how the new cheat detection system will work. They're probably targetting hacks like no stun/no paralyze. I doubt they can do much to stem hacks like autonexus or virtually any modification that can be done with a proxy.

I agree, stun/paralyze are really the only hacks that they can detect.
If they try to do anything, it'l most likely be server sided, any anti-cheat built into the client would be a joke. Anything past those two would be purely statistical which a little randomization could fix.

No, you were right. The way to not get caught is to make/use different hacks that are undetected so to speak, similar to other games like FPS's.

No. Kabam's cheating detection, whatever it is, will be specific to current hacks, most likely. Therefore, we make hacks differently, and the cheating system can not detect these hacks. In other games, people make hacks, they get patched, or detected, and then people make new hacks. The cycle then repeats itself.

I'm sorry I didn't stay my message right. I meant to say why not just make external hacks that are impossible to detect?
