Battlefield 3 Language help

Hey, I am trying to change the language on battlefield 3 from Russian to English. I've followed this guide but all it does is corrupt my game data

I think I did something wrong, if anyone here knows how to do this, help would greatly be appreciated

I know exactly what to do (: I had this problem!

You know the folder that has updated files for each battlefield 3 update?

Instead of getting just the newest one you have to get ALL of the older updated files and install them in order!

For some reason that is what works. Cheers!
