Well here is my try, well I actually made two, but I don't know what you think of them, but it was more practice for me.

he wanted something like the picture he posted neither look anything like that nice sigs though

tip:
use the grunge brushings on a separate layer and lower the opacity or set to overlay so that was its not a blunt looking

oh and here is my revision:
