Facial cleanser only helps with portions of the skin that are blocked or currently inflamed. It won't benefit the scar tissue, it may even harm your skin further if you utilize it in one place too often. The face mask is your best option.

They are scars dude, they aren't that big of a deal.

I have a lot of fuckin' scars on my face from falling down some rocks snowboarding, about 4 big ones and 12 smalls. I guess I can not complain though because the majority of them are on my forehead and I have longer hair.

Well it's sort of right in the middle of my face... It's on my nose. It's like this random dark spot that slightly protrudes out. And a black spot vertically below it, right under my lower lip so kind looks awkward...

Go to the dermo then, they will most likely prescribe you a medicine/bleach that will eventually cover them up. I used to have extremely bad acne, and then when it went away, I had really bad purple spots. The bleach medicine shit he gave me cleared it up within a few months.
