Yea, in the newest one he created his own webshooter which caused him a problem since the lizard guy could easily break them. In the first one he had his own spiderwebs.

I dont think either one has a clear advantage in beating the other super heroes. His strength and ability to fight might make him a good opponent for Baman but Superman and Ironman would have to battle it out.

Because once spiderman pins your hands and feet down with his webs(which are supposively as tough as steel) you are hopeless.

Superman gave Batman a ring made out of incredibly concentrated Kryptonite to keep him in check. That's right, Batman is the only person in the entire universe chosen to keep Superman in check. And he indeed did on several occasions.

He could have killed Batman easily a few times, but his conscience always stopped him.
