So he needs a decent laptop that can run games like "MW3 , LoL , CS"

You dont need a high end com to run those 3 games.
A decent one will do.
My com is quite old is able to run CS and LoL, MW3 I got it on the console.
My specs :Nvidia geforce 8400 2gb ram

made in USA so it's nice quality
protip: don't order it with windows u save about $140 and just pirate a win 7 and install it on the laptop (that's what i did)
