turn your AV off when downloading and extracting. It counts the tnthack.dll as a trojan, but it is a false positive.

Yup it's because of your AV or any other Virus Protection program that you are using, it's not allowing the file to be extracted as it think it's a Trojan. I recommend you turn your AV or other protection tool off.
