As the pic says, I got banned. But, from another account. And I still get the same message as appeared in the attachment. (from different secured servers tho.)
What should I do?

Are you trying to say you got banned on both of your accounts?
If so, if you used some sort of linking evidence.
same emails or payment options? Someone was banned on 2 accounts for using the same email earlier in the year.
