Well yeah the fighting in space and shit is fine with guns but on the ground it shouldn't be a fucking fps game that's not star wars at all. They are just fucking the game up that's all it is. they are just using the name star wars and turning it in to a shit 3rd person shooter. I want fucking light saber fights and force chocking not fucking taking cover and shooting with a gun. This isn't BF3 or cod it's star wars. ITT they are making a shit 3rd person shooting and using the name star wars so it gets big. True star wars nerds are going to hate this game and what they did with it if they go 3rd person shooter.

I take it you've never played battlefront 1 or 2. I'm guessing also dont realise that Jedis and force users only make up a small part of the Star Wars EU. A 3rd person shooter (ala Battlefront 3) is exactly what they should be making. In fact its the most requested Star Wars game of all time by far. I just hope they recreate the Battlefront 3 game from 2008, eg ground to space combat in a single map with over 100 players.

I'd love a first/third person shooter (like battlefront 2) but remade by DICE with a modified frostbite engine to compensate for laser instead of bullets and they would have to do some work for space battles but I think they could make a truly outstanding game.
