Rank 5 and Rank 10 Classes

Is there any difference (aside from the Rank 10 passive/special) between a Rank 5 "Nameyourclass" and a Rank 6-10 "Namethesameclass"?

No. There is no difference.. Perhaps. There were some glitches sometimes, when at a specific rank, damage dealt by spells was increased, but it was fixed (Shaman Class i think)..

Only stats like endurance, dexterity .... go up with each rank of class. So it good to rank all classes to rank 10.

The bonus passive and stats are good but you can live if you only have it to rank 5 since it's the skills that are important. The bonus passive is just an added bonus but not a necessity since it rarely activates.

Umm.. That's Evolved Shaman. Shaman doesn't have a rank 10 passive. Still, it was a glitch, at rank 7, when at a time, you could deal like 8k damage, just from Auto-Attack (not Dry Lightning), but it was fixed.

It was like a day, just like Darkside thing, when the passive activated like every minute.
