extract using 7Zip or WinRAR... dont try to just open it...
is there a password to the zip file?

I DID extract it from winrar. I'm following corndog's instructions to the letter.

What is the quickest way to re install CA without re downloading it; if this is possible?

I have a very slow internet connection. It took me 6 hours to download it the first time. I want to do this to start a fresh as I have been trying to install hacks for 2 days now.

Always save a back-up, that is constantly updated. Just copy your combat arms folder somewhere else for back-up next time. U'll havta wait 6 hrs this time.

Problem: I've been using Kizz hacks for a while... but for some reason I feel there is some sort of "virus" on it...
My computer has been acting up lately. My mouse is like "possessed"... It does random clicking, and sometimes when I'm in game, I just waste all my damn bullets!

In addition, when I'm off combat arms, my mouse still bugs out... say I try to refresh by right clicking... I have to click like 10 times to respond... or I like highlight a whole page, and I cant' get rid of it...
So, members of MPGH, is this a virus?
Or is something else wrong...
Also, McAfee is on. Before, I couldn't scan, but now it can scan. I just did a full scan, and it turns out nothing is on my computer.

Operating System: XP SP3.

Keep your hands off the touch pad. And try cleaning your mouse... Sometimes that happens with my scroll wheel when a lot of crap gets in the optical transmitter and receiver.

that won't work.. you need to back up the actual installer, not just your combat arms folder. just copying the folder back wont reinstall as he said he would like to do...
it wouldnt create the registry entries and other installation file procedures...

He could always save it as a .rar file on a flash drive. That's how me and my friends played halo pc at school back in the day.

Both the installer and the game folder that is.

Nah, I've done it a couple of times, most of the times my files were just screwed up, no registry errors. Although I do keep a un-updated installer in my (RROFL drive (yes i actually named it that)

I would recommend just to stick with 1.3. 1.4 just has spec, you can live without it. I rarely use it except for SND and spy hunt to respawn

Windows 7 is a little tricky. I have team viewed several people and have failed several times. Im not sure if this hack is compatible to windows 7. My advice to you would be to just play around with the compatibility modes until you get it. Im not experienced with windows 7 so im not sure I could do much.
