I'm not a retard, I specialise in .NET reverse engineering, it's safe. Don't jump to conclusions because you're just making an absolute fool of yourself. TimeDateStamp in the header indicates it was built on 12th April 2013. Unless you have sufficient proof to claim that this is infected then

Copying & Pasting source codes is so fun, right?
The original software was release in 2009 and in addition to that, I've used Reflector to see whether the source code was protected or not and it wasn't
