Gmod, Flood scripts?

Would like to know if there is any flood scripts out there and i can't seem to find an lua speedhack?. I tried ce but the game crashed an i bet im getting vac banned now.

#1: Did you even try to search for a speed hack at all?

#2: You are most likely not going to get vac banned on gmod cause it is broken as a ßít©h.

#3: If you really want a speed hack search the forums for 2 seconds and get hera or one of many speed hack.

Those are 2 phrases that usually don't go together in the source engine.
Anyways download a cvar3 module and learn lua.
