    Why do "Hackers" Get Caught?

    I'm part of the 99% and I have a "hypothetical" situation I would like to discuss with someone who "knows the ins and outs" of the Internet.

    They cause too much attention to themselves such as bragging about what they've done or just putting theri name on the defacment page.
    There are many errors a hacker/exploiter could occur such as not deleting the logs that shells generate when you do actions/execute commands.
    I suggest staying under a tor node and a VPN. Get a Virtual Machine aswell to stop any hardware tracing which systems are now implanting and may get you caught much more faster.
