What really causes it is writing to known places.
There's like 100 ways to remove recoil (from the pitch/yaw recoil, or as lovroman says, or nulling the recoil scale). Use a smart one and a name faker to be safe

This is very true. I know of people who are being VAC banned for using external triggerbots, aimbots, and bhop on css.
