That's really shit fibre, sorry. The whole point of fibre is that it's meant to have near symmetrical dload/upload. That shit's 10 to 1. Part of me thinks that isn't even fibre, rather it's HFC.

It's Virgin Media fibre optic broadband, which is very new for us in my area of the UK. It's not HFC.
