If all you want is fast subs you probably wont do well.

There is no "Method" to "Getting big".
With YouTube, it's either get big or die trying. You either get big or you don't, make sure you're commentary is good, aim at all ages to make sure you have a wider audience (Keep the swearing to a minimum or only when it will make people laugh).
Make sure you look professional and have no lag in you're videos. Since it's a gaming channel, dont even bother trying if you are uploading in 360P. 1080 maxed graphics settings or nothing.
You either do it right or go home. Make sure you have A professional intro/outro and a logo also a neat background for the channel.
Those are some tips.

Edit - By the way, if you aged below 18 dont bother trying. Notice that all the big gaming channels have people that are 20+. Nobody wants to hear some teenager on a microphone talking about games.

A lot of people can't even get 1k subs, be happy with what you've got (if they're legit). If you put effort into your videos and they're actually good then you will get your subs in good time

Like everyone else said post quality videos and keep swearing down. Also you shoudn't beg for subs as it would give you less subs don't put Please Subscribe or anything like that in the description.
