Signatures should defs be disabled. Also should make it 1 post every 5 minutes and 1 thread every 3 hours. Also only let them use other account if their main is banned, otherwise people will just start using another account like k0mrade/snowkip. Admittedly that would mean active moderation.

It needs to be cleaned up. CS is a community group, you have to be a ****** to the communityo grget in. If someone pisses an admin off or loses a bet, they shouldnt be put in CS, they should just be banned or be renamed. The more CS there are for arbitrary reason the further the usergroup gets devalued. CS should be voted in weekly IMO. Have a thread where people nominate them, each post will copy the previous post and just update the tally. Whoever loses gets CS.
