Removal of cs

It needs to be cleaned up. CS is a community group, you have to be a ****** to the communityo grget in. If someone pisses an admin off or loses a bet, they shouldnt be put in CS, they should just be banned or be renamed. The more CS there are for arbitrary reason the further the usergroup gets devalued. CS should be voted in weekly IMO. Have a thread where people nominate them, each post will copy the previous post and just update the tally. Whoever loses gets CS.

IMO they shouldn't be nominated since users could just nominate a member just for the shit and giggles but just pick who has been the biggest flamers, ******s that week and is automatically nominated for CS .
