Need a BF3 coder or helper

Hello.
I am looking for a coder who can make to me (personally) bf3 nospread/norecoil/nosway 101% pb undetected hack. Is it possible to made hack like this? Ready to pay every month like for private cheats. I am not need aimbot or wallhack, all i need is nospread/norecoil simple hack.

Just look, no spread, norecoil...enemys are dying after 3-4 bullets..
How is he doing that???
I think he have a personal coder.
If not, may be some one of you can tell me an optimizatio guide/tweak setup for BF3 that i can play so "fixed" like him i ready to pay to.

No, everything gets detected sometime.

He has skill, I can shoot that fast do, try to klick the button you attached as the "Fire"-Button

Battlefield 3 is a large pain in the ass to code for, because you can easily tell if something is fishy with a player, then all it takes is for someone angry to report them and they'll most likely be banned. The guy in the videos playing is just skillful at the game.
