should i take honor biology?

so my teacher ask me today if i would like to teach honor biology next year (soft-more) because i was doing "good" in class.... so i ask him is it hard? what the difference? and he say it just more in depth and fast pace..... i kinda want to do it buy i dont want to retake biology again if i failed... so guys...... should i take it???? btw i got a b+ in his class... and it's physics...

Honors Bio was quite easy. I sometimes had to go in during a different period when the teacher was teaching regular (college prep) to take a test that I missed and I noticed that the teacher was pretty much spoon feeding them the labs and tests. I also remember that we had like 2-7 pages of reading every night from our textbooks and then took like a 5 question quiz at the beginning of the class. We also had to silently read a book called "A Short History of Nearly Everything" by Bill Bryson for the first 30 minutes of class. It actually ended up being a really interesting book. That's just my school but I don't see how anyone could fail the class.

LOL! Yep. I self studied for the AP test and got a 2

AP Bio and AP Physics are the 2 hardest AP Classes in my opinion...

Kinda hard to give you an advice or an opinion when we don't go to the school you attend. It all depends on your teachers, your school, your programs, your classmates, everything in general. We simply cannot just tell you. There are different syllabuses in different schools. Different teachers teach at a different rate. And we, most of all, don't even know you much. We don't know if you're smart in general, whether you can handle workload, manage your time, how you handle stress, etc.

Either way, if you plan on going into a good university, chances are they might see that you took an honors biology course. The only question remains whether you'll achieve a high mark in this course or not. Just because you take an honors bio course doesn't make you smart. You could get like a 70 in honors bio and a 95 in normal bio.
