Hackshield can update without maint or game update.

That is why we need a more private method of transferring the hacks. While I advocate this I fully understand that I am presenting no viable solution to accomplish this and are therefore simply whining. Also In no way am I insinuating that I deserve hacks sent to me privately. Hacks are a privilege not a right. Still a private community, a cabal even, would be pretty cool.
