    how do we flag accounts ???

    any particular procedures for flagging the accounts even if m not the owner and the and i dont have any details of the account i mean the transaction ID and account is not flagged yet??

    Well If you don't have any of the information then you probably scammed it. Anyhow, apparently you can send in a support ticket saying "me and my friend are sharing accounts, is that alright?" and they will flag it. That's just what I have heard have not tested it.

    No.. if you send them support ticket saying you bought account/sharing account with friends, they will instantly remove your account from the game whcih means you can never ever use it. So theres no way.
