Inflammable Order (Shield)

Can someone please make me the shield called Inflammable Order that I can use with Gibbed Save Editor? I really want to try it with my Law on my Assassin.

I am very new to this and I do not know how to make this myself...

It doesn't matter what level, 61 would be fine (I'm going to sync the level with my Assassin's level).

I have tried Googling it and everything I find is an Inflammable Bee or Inflammable Fire Hawk...
