Yeah this is pretty easy explain dude, your NAT-Type is strict, some ports are not opened, your AV is blocking MW3, your Firewall is blocking MW3, your ping is just like 800 when playing online. Choose one

nat-type is not strict, my AV and firewall is not blocking mw3 my ping is hitting 125 max online and i have no issues with ports try again please lol

cause the dedicated servers when i join it says cheats detected when i get kicked from them

Doesn't seem to work for me. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I launch the cheat (moved and extracted everything into a folder) Opened my game in windowed mode. Go into a match and there's nothing, it's just the same game without any cheats. I've tried pressing the F-keys and nothing happens, can anyone help ??

your in windowed mode you need to be in windowed (no borders) mode
