Banned For No Reason!

I open CF played TMD Egypt 12mins. It was 8:54 and it says Hack tool detected. I wait for 1min and then log back in it says Banned 1:0:0 ? what the hell did i do wrong?
I got banned for playing EGYPT?
I tried logging in with my brothers computer say the same thing.
I log on to z8games "You have been banned" The F***

Anyways... try to contact the team... my friend did it and it helped. If you were not using hacks there is no reason that you cant just send a ticket.

well, i've been banned once (not perma) because i had a virus on my pc. ._.
i wrote a ticket, they just said i used malicious software and they cant give me back the honorable ribbon.
