    I'm not 100% but, your ears have tiny hairs in them which helps the sound waves move to your eardrum allowing your brain to process sound. What could have happened is that the punch could have forced a wave of air into your ear causing those hairs to temporarily flatten which makes the muffled type sound in your ear

    That is most likely what would have happened. Should be fine in a few hours maybe

    Thank you everyone. I'm calmed now and my hearing has become a slight bit better then yesterday. Now my other ear feels like as if there is water in them. I hope it'll be gone in the weekend.

    Boxing is pretty unpredictable.. I know how to box, I learn very fast.
    But everyone makes mistakes and taking punches is inevitable.

    I seriously hope this is what happened. My ears are not yet fully recovered, but it is much better then last night.

    What I wonder about is why the deafness went to my other ear.. lol.
