Does anyone else have this problem..

I have to call my Voice mail like every 10 minutes to receive my text messages sometimes.. and sometimes people think i'm ignoring them, but its the fact that i haven't received there text messages until i call my damn voice mail..

for example, I text someone at around 3:40pm.. I wait about 10 to 20 minutes for a text back then i call my voicemail and boom 10 messages all at once that were sent at 3:45 or sooner but didn't get them until i called my voice mail at around 4pm...

anyone else have this annoying problem? and how do you fix it?

Nope, Airplane mode is off, same with blue tooth and music only mode. its all off :/
Its a gay ass Pantech, maybe thats the problem? my Droid Razr maxx HD don't have this problem but its shut off atm till i pay the bill

oh well in that case try googling it but i doubt ull find something. Id recommend you to delete some old text messages and try to see if it works

Yeah, i have it on auto delete messages, but the phone is just so damn slow.. i don't think its Verizons service, i think its just something to do with the phone? hell if i know, i just know its confusing lol, you should see my recent calls, its basically all voicemail lol

The cell tower in my area is fucking up bad lately and texts will come anywhere from instant to a couple hours later, i don't use my phone much so it doesn't bother me much.

I don't know how the cell towers work but maybe the one by you is shit too and calling voice mail forces it to retrieve everything from the tower.

i remember having a similar problem, i contacted my service provider and there was a number in my messaging settings and they told me to dial it and it should be fine and it worked. The problem is ur cellphone is old not even android so try to reset it and if it doesnt work its probably an internal problem so you should change cellphone..
